Free tier and upgrading
ClickSort plans a 14-day full trial, then 10 email filings a day on the free tier. How the limit works and how to upgrade.
ClickSort starts with a full trial, then settles into a free tier with a daily filing allowance. You only pay when you file more than the free tier allows.
ClickSort is in development. The plans below are planned, and no payments are being taken yet. Prices and plan details are on vonian.net/pricing, which is the authoritative statement of them.

The 14 days run from first activation and are counted in whole local days: a trial that starts on the 1st runs to the end of the 14th, and the limit applies from the 15th. Installing late in the evening does not cost you a day.
How the daily limit works
- Both kinds of filing count. Taking ClickSort's suggestion and picking the folder yourself cost the same.
- A multi-select run counts every message it moves, not one per action.
- It resets at midnight, your local midnight, on your own clock.
- At the limit, filing pauses for the rest of the day and the pane offers the upgrade link once. Dismissing that prompt does not stop the counter being visible.
The pane shows how many of today's files you have used, so the limit does not arrive as a surprise.
Upgrading
Two paid plans are planned, each per user: Monthly, a subscription, and Lifetime, a one-time payment that includes updates at no extra cost. Prices are in AUD on vonian.net/pricing. Organisation purchasing and an editable list of licensed users are planned for teams; volume discounts have not been set.
Paddle is the merchant of record. You buy from Paddle, not from Vonian: Paddle invoices you, takes payment, and handles GST, VAT and sales tax. Vonian never receives your full card details. Upgrading from the pane opens Paddle's checkout.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through Paddle or by emailing support@vonian.net; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle under Paddle's refund policy, because Paddle is the seller. Ask through Paddle's buyer support, or email support@vonian.net and we will pass it on. A Lifetime licence is not refundable if you change your mind. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to the free tier
We may change the free tier, including the daily limit, or withdraw it. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to account contacts and on vonian.net. A change to the free tier does not affect a paid subscription that is already running.
